Course Structure: This interactive two-day workshop is designed to help those who are planning to take the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality ® (CPHQ) examination. The course will follow the current content outline and will help participants focus their study efforts. Your workshop fee includes electronic access to handout materials for 1 year. Earn 15 CPHQ CE credits upon competition and evaluation of the course. Q Solutions: Essential Resources for the Healthcare Quality Professional, Third Edition is the recommended textbook for the course. Purchase this text along with the course and you will receive a 10% discount on it.

Refund/Cancellation Policy - Refund requests must be received in writing by contacting the customer service team at info@nahq.org. Refunds are provided as follows, dependent upon the date that the cancellation notice is received:

• Two weeks prior to the first day of the event or earlier, a full refund less a $50 processing fee will be provided.
• Thirteen days to one day prior to the first day of the event, half of the registration fee less a $50 processing fee will be provided.
• Refunds will not be provided for notices received on the first day of the event or later.
