The NC Pneumonia Knockout Campaign: Striving to Improve Statewide Performance Through Quality Innovation

NCHA Pneumonia Knockout Campaign is a statewide quality improvement initiative to look at contributing factors to NC low performance of the 30-day Pneumonia Mortality and Readmission. The webinar will explore examine statewide data, causal factors collected from the individual members and provide an overview on how NCHA is co-designing the strategy with the members to meet their own Pneumonia improvement plans.
