Eligibility for membership: 

Any interested individuals in the healthcare industry who is committed to the purposes of the association. Members include professionals in general, acute, managed, long-term, home, rehabilitation, mental health, and ambulatory care settings as well as consultants whose responsibilities include:

   • infection control utilization
   • planning/continuity of care

CPHQ Certification: 

The organization promotes activities that assist members to obtain certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Each conference provides updates on current quality topics and gives the attendee credit hours towards the CPHQ designation.

The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31 of each year.

Dual membership in the National Association for Healthcare Quality affords members representation at the National Leadership Council.
